How to Order

Placing an order on asfar health care is fairly simple and pretty self-explanatory, however, below are the detailed steps on how you can place an order online.

  • Click on the product and go to the detail page of the product that you want to order.
  • Click on Buy Now button on the product detail page
  • Click on Add To Cart if you want to add more product to your order by following the above steps
  • Click on WHATSAPP for direct order to sale officer.
  • Add your personal details including your address for delivery of your order.
  • Click on Continue To Payment.
  • Select Payment Option (Cash On Delivery | Credit Card)
  • Click on Place Order

What are the shipping charges & time?

We currently offer Free Standard Shipping if your order is over Rs. 1200/. Shipping may take 3-5 working days.

Exchange / Return Policy

  • Products in original & un-tampered condition can be exchanged or returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.
  • This policy does not apply to products purchased on “Special Offer”.
  • Opened items will not be exchanged or returned.
  • Original receipt will be required for the returned item(s).
  • In case of return via courier, customer will bear the return courier charges.

Return / Exchange Process

  • Immediately inform us about the product you want to return within 7 days of receiving the product by writing to sales with your order number in the subject.
  • Ship the product to our office address ,Asfar health care 31km Main Ferozepur road Lahore
  • Make sure to include the invoice in the return parcel.
  • We will process your return within 3 working days of receiving your return order.

Return Payment

  • In case the product is shipped back to our store via courier, the payment will be transferred to your online bank account (that you will have to provide us by emailing at sale@asfarhealthcare.com )
  • In case your return the product by hand at the store, the payment can be returned by cash.
